A truth: ao dai celebrates the beauty of Vietnamese women, transcending the passage of time. Why? The answer lies in its graceful movements, vibrant vitality, and subtle elegance—elements that serve as the inspiration behind the design concept for the PAVONE showroom.
Returning to the primal forms of the ao dai's flowing movements and the contours of the human body—evoking natural elements—PAVONE combines traditional materials and details with a contemporary perspective. The result is a distinctive yet refined space, designed to offer customers a truly unique experience.
The layout concept is centered around creating a leisurely journey through a natural flow, with display zones mimicking small islands. The journey culminates at a striking lounge area featuring a double-height ceiling.
Capitalizing on the abundant natural light from the façade, curved hanging systems are arranged along both sides to showcase the products in their best light. For commercial spaces, the reception area is strategically positioned to offer a clear view of the entire space while ensuring ease of access for customers. Functional zoning is achieved through the use of flooring materials and gypsum partitions. The existing central column is cleverly repurposed as a display feature for folded products and as a traffic junction within the showroom.
The impressive double-height ceiling is adorned with a structural frame, translucent paper panels, and pendant lights of varying sizes, creating a dreamy, ethereal atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the space. Based on the client’s needs, the fitting area has been designed with a compact layout to save space, aligning with the practical requirements of a branded showroom.
